今天要帶來的美食

是每個月女性最佳呵護法寶,麻油雞!

而且我們的麻油雞不會燥熱哦,一定要試著做看看!

 

注意事項(影片裡有詳細教學):

1.體質是燥熱型,建議使用冷壓初榨黑芝麻油

2.薑片要切薄片,份量盡量跟雞肉塊份量一樣

3.雞肉軟嫩小秘訣:開大火煮五分,小火煮20分,之後熄火悶10~15分鐘

4.關小火時,才加米酒

 

食材:

大雞腿肉 300~500g

薑片          和雞腿肉份量一樣

米酒          500C.C. 

              500~1800C.C.

米血          適量

高麗菜      適量

杏苞姑      適量

金針菇      適量

 

步驟:

1.倒入黑芝麻油,

放薑片

煎至兩面金黃微焦

2.放入雞腿肉塊後,

(中小火)蓋上鍋蓋煎至雞皮上色後,再放入米血

3.再蓋上鍋蓋悶煮一下後,翻面後再煮一下

4.(中小火)加入500C.C. 米酒

5.放入高麗菜、杏苞姑、金針菇,

⭕️Notes (there are detailed instructions in the video):

Ingredients:

Large chicken thigh meat 300~500g

Ginger slices are the same size as chicken thighs

step:

1. Pour black sesame oil, add ginger slices, and fry until golden brown on both sides
