❗️1.選擇帶殼現剝的牡蠣
❗️2.使用蘿蔔泥清洗蚵仔
❗️3.完全瀝乾蚵仔
步驟:
1.清洗蚵仔:準備蘿蔔泥
放入牡蠣於蘿蔔泥水中,清洗好瀝乾,重複清洗三遍
2.墊幾張廚房紙巾,充分吸乾牡蠣的水
3.切芹菜,準備一個碗,放入木薯粉及調味料芹菜、牡蠣,攪拌均勻,
可加入少許紫蘇油提香,味道會更好!
4.瀝掉多餘的汁水
5.烏魚子淋上米酒,烤香即可,不要烤太久
6.切蜜棗備用擺盤
7.蚵仔糊放入平底鍋中,
煎製兩面金黃即可,
最後撒上烏魚子提味

Ingredients:
Oyster 210g
Tapioca flour 50g
A pinch of pepper
A pinch of salt
Perilla oil
step:
1. Wash the oysters: prepare the grated radish, put the oysters in the grated radish water, wash and drain, repeat the cleaning three times
2. Put a few kitchen paper towels to fully soak up the oysters
3. Cut the celery, prepare a bowl, add celery and oysters, stir well, add a little perilla oil to increase the fragrance
4. Sift out excess juice
5. Drizzle the mullet roe with rice wine, and roast it fragrant, don't roast it for too long
6. Cut candied dates and set aside
7. Put the oyster paste into a pan, fry golden on both sides, and finally sprinkle with mullet roe to enhance the flavor
